OK. Asian Shrimp with Brocolli and a Tart Surptise turned out to be one of my best efforts at impromtu cooking and following my intuition as I got into the process. Did not start off as an idea for tartness, yet the idea came to me somewhere between the preparation and the cooking.
This all began as large shrimp in low sodium soy sauce (Lori has to be on a low or no sodium diet). Asked my girl what carbs she wanted (always PFC3 every meal) and she said bow-tie pasta.
